[BOAI] ICTP-CERN-INASP book on Open Access - translated into Spanish

It is our pleasure to inform you that our colleagues from Universidad
de los Andes in Merida, Venezuela, have just translated into Spanish
the ICTP-CERN-INASP book on Open Access:

       "Difusion cientifica y las iniciativas de Acceso Abierto"
       (English title: "Science Dissemination Using Open Access")

This version of the blue book is directed to a large scientific
audience throughout Latinoamerica to broaden awareness and
understanding of Open Access.

It is possible to visualize and read the book on-line (both versions):

The book is being presented during the world-wide "Open Access Week",
Oct 19-23, 2009.
