*Mail Topics*
Presentations based on the following topics are particularly welcome.
* Activities aimed at gaining the support or approval of researchers
Management philosophies
* PR activities
* System improvements
* Contributions to the circulation of academic information
* Other reports of cases likely to provide encouragement to the
institutional repository community
*Submissions*
The abstract should be written on one A4-size sheet (with a 3-cm-wide
white margin on all sides) in English on the top half, so that we will
be able to add its Japanese translation at the bottom half of the page,
and must include the title, presenter's name, the institution to which
he/she belongs, and an abstract.
If the application is selected for presentation, the abstract will be
included in the proceedings.

***Poster Presentation***
*Main Topics*
The posters will provide information about activities relating
to the institutional repository or open access movement. The
topics may include but not limited to:
* Activities to increase deposit into IR
* Ideas for promoting IR
* Institutional policy on OA and IR
* IR and new library services
* Long-term preservation of IR contents etc.
*Submissions*
Those who are interested in presenting a poster should submit
an abstract in a PDF or a MS Word file, containinga single A4
page with at least 3 cm white margins on all sides. The abstract
should be written in English within the tophalf a page, so that
we will be able to add its Japanese translation at the bottom
half of the page.
