dear all,
last year my colleague Wilma Mossink from the SURF foundation and i
have written a report dealing with the reuse of materials in the
context of education and research. This report was written at the
request of the SURF fondation which provides digital infrastructure
and related advice for the dutch higher education sector. The report
concludes with a recommendation to settle on CC-BY as a standard
license for the reuse of materials in the context of education and
research. The report was published earlier this year in dutch and we
have just put an english translation online. you can download it from
